Every effort is made to ensure that colours in the photos are as accurate as possible, however colours may vary on different screens viewed on. Colours are only guaranteed to match if a sample of fabric is sent to match colours.

All payments for custom designs are required within 3 days of receiving invoice. No designs will be sent without prior payment

No refunds are offered for webstore purchases unless the product is faulty. Please choose carefully and ask for more information if required before making a purchase. No exchanges or refunds are offered for changing your mind sorry.

If damaged or faulty products are received, please make sure to make contact with myself within 24 hours of receiving item to arrange a store credit or refund. 

We advise all clients to make a reservation via all our platforms to discuss their pieces and proceed to make payment for consultation and desired piece, this serves as a guide for us to design your desired luxurious piece. We also offer face to face private consultations. Kindly prompt as ahead of time if you are unable to make time for the consultation so we can reschedule. 

Please be in the known that our appointment slots get fully booked during Wedding seasons and festive seasons. We entreat that you book your appointment on time.

Consultation can also be done via virtual sessions such as WhatsApp, FaceTime or Zoom if you are unable to make it or abroad.

N.B: 

Our Consultation fees are non-refundable. Nevertheless, the consultation fee also serves as a deposit for your desired piece and will be taking out from your final invoice.

Custom design deposits will only be given if cancellation is made over 6 weeks prior to the commencement date. Deposit refund will be returned to the client minus Webstore/Paypal or credit card fees.
