Please note that we do not accept returns on any item unless the item is faulty and not caused by the purchaser. Relics&Ribbons strongly recommends that all return shipments be made by DHL/UPS, so that you can take advantage of their shipment tracking system. We cannot assist you with lost return shipments unless a tracking number has been assigned to the shipment.
EXPRESS postage and handling costs are added when checking out – All postage will be sent EXPRESS POST.
In Stock Items
Products that are readily available have been checked for authenticity, quality and compared to the images used on our site that represent them.
Handling Time
Orders that are in stock are dispatched within 2 business days. However, since all of our items are handcrafted and the high amount of orders we receive, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for completion of any items that are on custom order (plus delivery time). Please note the time difference.
Packaging
Items are sent in a hard box/ Hard gift bag. We do our best to protect all of our headpieces in transit although if an item does get damaged in the post or lost, we cannot be held responsible. However, we do recommend our customers upgrade their postage option to include Signature on Delivery which offers cover for lost or damaged items.

All our fascinators are handmade. Due to the nature of being made by hand, no two items are exactly the same. Please note that the item photographed may not be the exact piece that is shipped to you however we endeavour to deliver headpieces that are represented by their images.
